Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed in the order they are received. Shipping timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays or external factors. Once an order has been shipped, The Neutral Acre Co is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged parcels caused by the courier.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We accept returns for faulty or damaged items in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with proof of purchase and photos of the issue. We do not accept returns for change of mind, used items, or items damaged through misuse. Refunds are issued once the item is inspected and approved.
Use of Natural Products

Gift Cards
Gift cards are non‑refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They are valid for the period stated at purchase and can be used on any eligible product.
